Let's find that stupid cure for Lupus once and for all!!!
Went to San Francisco last weekend! Had a blast! No pains either... woohoo!
I've been doing really well. Labs are still normal, and I'm now down to 10mg of prednisone! I couldn't be happier about that. And my rheumatologist said I can lower by 1mg every 2 weeks until I am prednisone-no-more (so long as I don't have any problems, but I am VERY optimistic about this!)
I'm expecting a slight flare in a day or so, as I always get when I lower prednisone, as my
A few days ago my rheumatologist said I could lower my prednisone to 12.5mg! Yay! But today, about 3 days later, I feel very achey. I just had an appointment with my rheumatologist and I feel SO much better about everything now. I got some things answered, and I feel pretty good about my condition again.
The reason she increased my CellCept to 2,500 was because the blood levels in my urine have remained unchanged even though my protein levels have gone down drastically. She thinks I need the extra dosage to get the blood levels down. I'm okay with that. I was just afraid it was worse!
