I just back from the docs office and I hope that our newest plan of action will be a success!
I asked him about some burning sensation that I was having in my foot and he said along with the "auto immune connective tissue" disorder that it sounds like a touch of fibro like symptoms going on....he changed his diagnosis from Lupus to "unspecified autoimmune connective tissue" since my last visit. Don't know what that is about (other than insurability) but whatever.
I have been playing phone tag with my rheumatologist's office for exactly 7 days now only to finally reach the nurse today and for her to tell me "Aren't you scheduled to come in on Monday? You can talk to the Dr about a plan then". Soooo annoyed at the lack of response and concern from his staff!
I am going to give him a chance to help me get on the right track when I see him on Monday and then if that doesn't work, I am going to book an appt with another rheumy with a bigger
I was just sitting here and thinking actually dreaming of being lupus freeeeeee....
I love to day dream sometimes of the day i hear the breakthru news, a cure has been found
Reality hits home soon after and i feel so frusturated because i really want to have the brilliant ideia to somehow get the word out there in a massive way, and capture the attention of someone who is in a position to MAKE a huge difference to research funding, everybit helps no doubt,

Having a good day today. Doing some spring cleaning. Going to have a little fight with Cheddar Cat Stewart to get his revolution on him to keep him parasite free. Do his box. I took the recycling out to the bin and lupie me almost put it in the wrong bin. Glad I didn't, would have stressed me out to much to get it out. When I have good days I have grandiose ideas about what I'm going to get done the next day. But when the next day comes I'm sick again.
