I git the arch supports, and they do wonders, gna go back to hitting the road again tomoro, im soooooper excited.

So ive been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitus! ( irritation and swelling of the thick tissue on the bottom of the foot)
In due time I'll be recieving custom moulds for my shoes, and hopefully proper recovery can begin, Im super excited to take the road again wish me luck.
Seems I over did it a bit sigh. Think im gna taper down to 2 running workouts a week, and a swimming session in between.
Or... it could just be the hot weather getting to me
I cant believe it, my next scheduled run is only tomorrow, and I cant wait . The after run "haze" as i like to call it, is AMAZING!
By the end of this month i hope to be able to run a mile without stopping
excited! cant wait
I got the gear, proper running shoes , and its me and the open road.
So i decided to forgo the initial programme and do a three month training routine aimed at a 5km marathon.
This is week one, and guess what! I can run half a mile!!!!
well almost didnt know i could, may not be much, but that says progress, im even more energetic than ever, hope it lasts

I never did like sports, but i think marathon runner now fits me well
