Welcome to our lovely large family at the WHL, there's loads of threads for you to venture through regarding Lupus or any autoimmune disease you may have.
If you don't mind me asking have you got skin trouble? as i saw what you put in the chatbox.
Well i was diagnosed 3yrs ago with having Lupus and everything else in my signature part below besides having Raynauds but i've suffered years of ailments which connect to Lupus and was also told i was born with it.

I thought you had skin trouble with what you put in chatbox.
I was diagnosed with Raynauds 4yrs ago and at the moment i've got 4 different types of skin flares going on with my body, they're sore annoying and itch like made but i'm under a dermatologist which i gather you are.
It's hard to control flares when they start but i've found out with all creams steriod based ones are the best for removing them quickly but avoid direct heat as that irritates them more and keep to shade if you can, use 50 bloke lotion to help your skin and still cover yourself up well.
I find winter the worst also with the cold and even now it's summer here, i'm still wearing socks, thermal vests as i can't get warm besides wearing white gloves when typing.
Besides the raynauds i also have psoriasis so i've got a good mixture going on.
