Happy belated Mother's Day to all the mothers here!
I haven't been here for a while - life is extra busy.
Meg's husband left on Monday for a one year deployment to Afghanistan. She's an emotional wreck and calls me several times a day.
Kayla's ex-guy has served her with papers for divorce. They have a child, but were never married! It turns out that he is trying to force her to pay half of his debts. He also illegally filed their taxes jointly, so now she's turning him in for tax fraud. She calls me several times a day, too.

I had a lovely Mother's Day, though. Tom is usually the last one to call. This year, he sent me a live Azalea bush and Godiva chocolates, and he was the first to call on Sunday.
All four of the girls called. Jeff made breakfast for me - it wasn't burnt - that's all I can say for it. I spent the afternoon with my girlfriends, working on our auction items for the huge wine & beer tasting at the end of the month.

I hope that everyone else had a great day.
Hugs,
Marla
