Hi Arlene, sorry to hear that, I'm am R.D.A. and I work for a periodontist in Arcadia,Ca., we work with a good endondtist in Monrovia, Dr. Sony Thomas. I know it's a along drive, so I will do some home work and find someone in your area. I will be on tomorrow Tuesday and check on you. Good luck, I really feel your pain. In the mean time should also take 800mg ibuprofen and a 1000mg tylenol see if that will help. Bertie
