Since i met my hubby 9yrs ago, he knew i was a serious person. Half the time i do forget things and he used to think i did it on purpose to wind him up and some of the time it's been cat and dog.
As the days are going on and the pain gets worse as morning's and night's drive me mad but during the day i'm the most wicked person you could meet and this condition is making me where i have no time for other's, as i think i'm going through enough myself.
My hubby only as to say the slightest word and within seconds i'm at his throat more or less, it makes you feel like your going mad.

God is there only me in this state or are other member's getting to this point also.

I'm an impatient grouchy SOB quite often. Constant fatigue combined with constant nagging pain is pretty much the cause for my bad attitude. I'm sure the frustration from brain fog also has something to do with it, so no, you are not alone. Do you ever try any stress relieving activities?

Well Rob, there's always been to main problems with me seriousness and one bad temper that goes off in seconds but as this pains been getting worse i have noticed my patience is limited to a certain degree and if i'm realy low i dow want to be bothered chatting with out siders and i'm snapping realy quick.
The hospital's have had me do slow breathing exercises in the past, i've listened to taps that are surposed to carm you and when i've done it, i've been back to my old self in no time. I've read that the 1st thing is to stop smoking but that is a no go situation with me as i've packed up before got stressed completley out and the newsagents as been the first place of call, i know it's all in the mind as they put it but just having a fag and sitting alone does wonders if i'm agitated, then the next thing out my mouth to whoever i've upset is the big word SORRY and it's bad at my age to keep repeating it but what else can i say to anyone, with what comes out my mouth at the time i have'nt meant what i've said it's been just totally stress related.

Rob i just can't wait in one way to see that specialist to see what he's got to say.
