Please!

I don't mean to be needy, but I just feel bad right now. Aches to the point of tears (and I have a very high pain tolerance), lightheaded, and tired.

One of my primary triggers is flourescent lighting, and I now know my office is moving. In my old location, I had a private office where I could turn off the flourescents and close the blinds. In the new location, there are no private offices and I will be under the flourescents all day. The good news... due to my position I will be able to work from home 3 days a week. But even with SPC 70 I feel like crud even after 2 hours in flourescents.

Please hug me, and then tell me your tricks!

Here's anothe cyber hug;
my trick is to let the floresent light bulbs go out
and not let them be replaced.
Another thing I do is wear my sunglasses.
We have people who get migraines so no one questions
when I do this.

I hope this helps a little,
A Big Cyber Hug to you,
Nonna:yes::yes::yes::yes:

Fluorescent lights don't seem to bother me, so I don't have any hints.
Sending Hugs anyway,
Marla
