For a few months now, I have alot of problems with my fingers. I have visible veins and alot of times these veins break, or as I call it they pop, it leaves a swelling, that lookes like a bloodblister, but hurts like heck. It only lasts for 2-3 days and then it goes away. But it happens a couple of times a week, on different fingers and it happens out of the blue, without hitting my finger on anything. It is soooooooooo painful. Does anybody else get this? What could it be? My fingers are always swollen.

Vasculitis can go along with lupus, and I get broken vessels in the top of my hands around the wrist area that are purple. In addition to this, I get little red dots on my arms/legs/face.
