OK, looking for a condition called "Kyle Syndrome" I believe. I asked mum and bubby, both swore thats what the doc said. Its supposably a condition found in elderly patients. A problem with too much mucus build up. Its not very common. What's making it more rare was they found it in my 8 day old nephew, and no idea how he could have it.

I tried looking it up, with no luck at all. So confused. Did they hear doc right? I asked several times to make sure. Does anyone have any idea. We are all so confused as to what this is, and why an infant has it.

If anyone has any idea, please tell me. I would like to just know, so we all can understand.

Thank You.

Hey Cheryl...is this syndrome anything like Cystic Fibrosis? It just sounds like it with the overproduction of mucous but now that I think of it Cf it is super thick, too....

I really don't know. There is just not much info on it. Hoping the docs can enlighten us.
