I had cancer, and between the chemotherapy and lupus, I had many mouth sores. Ask your doctor to order you the pink mouth rinse for chenotherapy patients. Itnumbs your sore mouth, and heals the mouth sores. It works great,

i use the mouth wash that my daughter was prescribed for mouth sores from chemotherapy.....and preshad is right, works great.
my mouth sores usually are not painful, more like a small area of loos skin, not open, and not painful....just annoying.
my tongue gets irritations at the tip, and these can be quite painful.
hope you find relief....your dr. can prescribe the mouthwash.
