My last appointment with consultant was yesterday where i got the results of a mri back, they said all major ones came back ok! pphheeww but they did find some small mlack spots , personally think thats the blonde bits coming through!! lol but she is going to talk to specialist xray people today soo who knows??? also they did another change of meds will list meds in min it will take awhile :-) also another blood test starting to feel bit like a pin cushion and i go back in 3 weeks first time since i got diagnosed its 3 weeks normally at least 3 months soo we wait to see what they come back with fingers crossed x

so we'll get boring bit out of way and i 'll tell you my meds get comfy mght take awhile ;

Then i am ready to rattle my day through the morning!!
lunch time is another diclofenac and some more co-dydramal if in pain

First, let me welcome you to our family here. We are so happy that you are here and that you have joined us. I see that you and ISDM are already friends and will be meeting in person. I think that is wonderful.
Your medicine regime sounds oh so familiar. Like you, I've added evening primrose to my nightly routine for pain and to help me sleep. We often laugh and compare the number of meds that we have to take on a daily basis. I get so depressed when I look at the 12 pills that I must take just to go to bed (lol). That does not include the meds that I've already taken throughout the day.
I know that you will find many friends here and lots of people who are more than willing to share their knowledge, provide support, give you understanding and let you know that you are not alone.

Welcome Again...
Peace and Blessings

Nice to meet you. This is a great group of people to be around.

I haven't thought of taking evening primrose...isn't that otc? Does it work? I am interested...

I also am a middle child stuck between the first daughter and the first son...the forgotten one, at least in my family. Hopefully not in yours.:-)

Hello Heidi and welcome to the site. Looking forward to your contributions here. Glad you decided to join us. Maybe you can help us keep Monkeys in line. lol

I'm also a middleborn child...like Sick n Tired...between the first born daughter and first son. I'm pretty close to my sibs...we're each only 1 year apart. Actually, my brother and I are only 10 months apart. My brother and sister are a great support to me. They hate that I have to have Lupus.

Really sorry to hear about your dad....that has to be very difficult. Sending some HUGS of comfort to you.

Again...welcome...hope you enjoy your time with us.

hello and thank you for the warm welcomes xx

sweet innocent yer right isdm!!! lmao

i am middle child with older brother and younger sister and we have had our trouble over the years but are extrememly close i believe its cause we have had to stick together over the years due to being airforce children so moving around alot as children adn not having friends for long then as a teenager my mum tried commiting suscuide many times as she had clinical depression and fybro and since then we have to deal with my illness, my sister being diagnosed with mental health illness adn fybro, then my dads tragic death in a car crash and 6 months later my uncle being murdered soo with this all going on we have need to rely on each other to be each others cruches!! thou my brother and i have got on alot better than me and my sister not sure if thats just girly thing!! lol that or the baby of the family is always the baby and as you might gather i do get left out abit but not sure if that middle child syndrome or only sibling with noo kids!! but any who i love my family to bits and grateful i have got them xx

as far primrose oil i take it for pmt and actually monthly as i have poly cyctic ovariesand found it helps tremedously thou never heard of taking to help sleep but i don't have that problem if anything the oopsite as the only reason they found out i had lupus because iwas fallnig asleep every where lunch break patting kids of to sleep on the bus home ohhh and the list goes on soo they did test to find out why and found lupus!! well that enough about me thanks for the welcomes adn i look forward to chatting with you xxx mwah xxx
