As part of the SICCA Study at UCSF they took additional blood. The most recent test shows low RBC and hemocrit, positive SSB, ANA 1:160 speckled. My last ANA was 1:160 homogenous. Is it possible for the pattern of ANA to change? If it makes any difference, the labs were done at different facilities.

Yes, your ANA titer and pattern can change depending upon the activity of your disease. Also, the medications that you are changing can affect the value of the ANA test and you already know that different labs use different values. Also, your age can also cause higher ANA (usually 50+).
