Do you mean as in mussel? The shell fish? Still a big nope. Dont bother with those fad cure alls. They dont work.
Eat healthy, get proper rest, keep your joints and muscles moving and stay out of the sun.

I have not heard of that either and really don't think that I would want to eat anything like that. It does not sound appealing at all.

I give...what is the green or thin lipped muscle/mussel? I have never knew that they had lips.
