Hi There,

I'm new to this forum. My niece (19) has SLE. She was at the hospital for 2 weeks because of kidney problem caused by SLE. I do not know much about SLE, and hopefully somebody would point me to resourceful websites on this topic.

For personal experience this is a great website you found. Ask...read.

For material...

Thank you for researching Lupus...it will help to understand how Lupus affects us (you)..and our families...(niece)....

Many great reads too.
The Lupus Book by David Wallace, MD is a great start.
New Hope for People with Lupus is another book....

On the forum list, on this site, there is a forum for websites..check it out.

Hugs for being such a great Aunt or Uncle...

Hey Bfoot,

Great to hear from you. It is nice to know that you are learning all you can to help her. So many times it is our closest family membors who do not know and seem not to care. It is refreshing to hear you.
