Hello!
My name is Amanda. I was diagnosed with SLE when I was 18 years old. It came to a big shock to me. I'm now 24 yrs old and I'm in an active stage. I'm here to chat with others and learn more about lupus.

Welcome to the group, Amanda. I hope you'll find this forum as helpful as I have. There are so many people here that are willing to listen, to share and to sympathize. You'll learn and lot, and have a place to just vent when you need to. Check out some of the posts, jump in wherever you feel like it. Tell us a little about your experience with lupus so we can learn a bit about you. Glad you found us.

Take care,

Good Morning All..
Thanks for welcoming me here to this website. Its all new to me and I'm still learning how to post and read forums.
I have visited this site numerous times before and have wanted to be a member but I was so hesitant. My husband felt that it was a good website for me to share the emotions and symptoms I was experiencing. I was in denial i suppose... but now here I am... and looking to meet new friends.
