I'm in search of some info on sed rate...

I've read that people with lupus often have a high sed rate, but mine is actually low, even as low as 0 at times.

Does anyone know what the significance of that would be? My doc hasn't explained it at all, and we have had so much to cover that I haven't been able to ask her.

Thanks in advance for any info you can share!

Hi Mackie,

Typically, the higher the sed rate; the more inflammation you presently have in your body. Though, I think it's also subjective to all your symptoms too. I would definately ask your RP or rhuemy about it.
