Oh, wow! I'm just blown away, Saysusie!! You really are a woman of many talents! I read your bio and see that your first love is jazz. My husband is a jazz musician (by avocation only - hard to make a living that way in northern Minnesota). He's been playing in a little jazz combo for 25 years, off and on. Always nice to connect with other jazz lovers!

Yes, I am a jazz lover. My mother was a jazz singer and I was raised watching her rehearse, listening to her sing and (once in a while) being on stage with her! I am told that I've met some pretty famous people when I was a young child. Unfortunately, I don't remember any of them :lol:
Jazz is not in demand in the High Desert of California ( I am in a Country Western city), so I don't get as much of an opportunity to perform jazz as I'd like! But, it is my first love!!!
