:? Did you mean "nihilism"?
definition: a doctrine that denies moral principles and social obligations.
Thats the only thing I could find close to that word, it was in the college dictionary I have. Like saysusie says, maybe you spelled it wrong or it has a more common name its refered by.
Maybe I looked up the wrong word?

Dear Saysusie !
All my tests was O.K. ( ANA ; dsDNA ; CRP ; ..... Lupus koagulant - negativ ) but I can fill how I lose my energy.I said that to my doctor and she wrote for therapy NIHIL. She wrote exactly same as I.
I don`t know for another name.
Please, look in wikipedia ("Nil per os " )there is
so many professional words for me. Is it something for me?
Thanks !

If it is something good, I`ll give you explanation.
I`m so glad that I found this forum

Unfortunately, the ONLY thing that I could find that was remotely close to NIHIL was this:
1) In psychiatry, the delusion of the nonexistence of everything, especially of the self or part of the self.
2. Engagement in acts which are totally destructive to one's own purposes and those of one's group.
3) Therapeutic nihilism, a disbelief in the efficacy or value of therapy, as of drugs, psychotherapy, etc.
Did you mention to her that you did not like taking pills/medication or anything to that effect?
I agree, you should see her again and ask her to explain what these notes might mean. Please let us know what you find out!
Peace and Blessings

Maybe it is an acronym? Is it English or Sebro-Croatian? Is it just the doctor's notes on paper or a referral for therapy?
Doctor's chicken scratches can be mind-boggling.
I am curious too, keep us informed Bobo.

Oluwa, she is dr spec. for immunity and she wrote that for my family doctor.(he is on holiday)
It likewise nihil, you know how doctors write.
I don`t know is it croatian or Latin .
We must wait my doctors and I`ll get informed.
God bless you folks

This is easy for a Latin teacher!! NIHIL means nothing in Latin. By writing therapy:nihil, your doctor simply meant that no therapy was being recommended at the time.

I think same ! It must be that, I was looking everywhere, all medical in the
"World" and nothing. Now I can sleep much better till my doc. came.
I`m really thankful :D
I`m so sorry because I did tire out all of you

nihil erat! (It was nothing).
Just one more good reason for everyone to take a class or two in Latin!
