Hi everyone,
In the last three years I have been told I have Lupus three times.
Last September I was definitely diagnosed with Lupus and as of February told my tests results show I have no Lupus,anymore.
Has this happened to any of you? I was on ten mg. of Prednisone at the time and I'm taking prescribed DHEA made for me at a compounding pharmacy. Does Prednisone affect tests results?
I feel better and I tell people my Lupus went away,I'm just afraid it will come back when I'm off the Prednisone, right now I'm at 2 1/2 mg. and slowly weaning myself off of it, per doctor's request.
Thanks

Hi Susana;
You are very lucky to have achieved a form of remission. Some people maintain remission for the rest of their lives; some eventually come out of remission and have to face the activation of their disease. There is no clear indicators as to what will and will not cause remission or re-activation.
I wish you the best :lol:
