I would just like to thank you for letting me know that I am not alone. It is so hard sometimes. I have been very sick the past two days and saw my rheumotologist. I don't think they have much of an idea of what is wrong more than I do. My stomach has been hurting really bad, I have been dizzy and lightheaded, and very nauseous. Any ideas?
Does anyone have any first hand knowledge on how to not feel so tired all the time?

Seriously, though--I have found that by getting good uninterrupted sleep does help (but it takes awhile to "help"--the sleep has to be consistently good for weeks). (I take Doxepin to help me sleep...) Also, a large glass of water first thing in the morning (not coffee)... and protien for breakfast. Also, if it's not a flare-day, a nice short walk in the afternoon helps, too. Avoiding sugar, and keeping up the good diet helps, too.
But honestly--the fatigue is wearing me out lately.
