hi everyone just wondering as anyone had this or know about it my 18 year old is having trouble with high heart rate. and low blood pressure when standing. she is suffering headaches . anxiety muscle pains . fainting spells. they are trying to work out what is wrong but I found this searching myself it can be related to connective tissue disorder and to family members who have had lupus sjorgens and other disorders do you think I should mention this to doctors. it is known in short as the name pots. any help would be appreciated.

thank you steve you are good friend very worried about her. just wish I new what was wrong am scared for her and in someways am worried that she has inherited this from me due to my lupus. she is so weak and is having hardtime of it . I just want to take this away from her. it is breaking my heart to watch her suffer. just wish they new what was wrong. I wanted them to keep her in hospital and run tests but they would not do it that's the public hospital system for you. I am scared to go to sleep in case she gets worse. thankyou my friend for listening. feeling helpless right now.

Kim, it wouldn't hurt to mention it to the Dr.

Hi Kim;
I know no more about the condition than what you've probably researched. I also agree that it is something that you should INSIST that the doctors consider and run tests for. Any issue that affects the heart is one that should be thoroughly investigated and NEVER ignored. It may be time for you to become aggressive in this area and start demanding that they run tests in order to find out exactly what is happening and then begin treatment. I wish you the very best and please let us know what they find and how your daughter is doing. Keeping you both in my prayers.

Peace and Blessings
