The treatment went better than I expected. It was a bit painful, but bareable. It took twice as long as expected, but in the long run I believe it will be worth it. I was pretty tired and worn out at the end of it though. Lupus just makes things like this more tiring, than I beieve they normally would be. I'll be getting another treatment in 6 to 8 weeks. I'll let you all know how that one goes.]

Further developments regarding laser hair treatment. I broke out with bumps that were filled with fluid, and they ended up scaring after they broke. I am not sure if my reaction was lupus related or not. Anyway the treatment did not end up being without problems. I am not sure if I will go in for a second laser treatment or not. For now, it is up in the air.

Went for my second treatment for hair removal. I was told that about 60% of the hair on my upper lip, chin and neck are gone. Didn't know if I would go for this treatment or not after having had a break out that took a long time to calm down. So far, I haven't had as bad a reaction as the first time. Little discomfort or reaction actually. One to two more treatments and I will be done. Got a referral to an esthetician for further facial treatment as far as blotchiness, acne and general skin aging. I will see what she recommends and go from there.

Cancelled with the esthetician for now. Too many other irons in the fire. I have to see a chiropractor for the time being because of the sciatica in my right leg, and I am starting a dental implant which is a process in itself. I can't do everything I need to get done all at once and believe me it took years and years for all of these things on the to do list to accumulate. There is just not enough time or money to deal with it all!

You are right, you can't do everything at the same time. Take it at a speed that your body and your wallet can accommodate. Best wishes.
