SIGH, unfortunately my work performance just keeps getting worse. I am missing all sorts of deadlines and trying me hardest to cover things up. Anxiety is through the roof (which by the way I just had to google the damn spelling because I forgot how to spell ROOF!!!!) I can't sleep and my chest is hurting. I can't stand this feeling I dont' know what to do : (
Just keep me in your thoughts please

I know how you're feeling. I remember the panic attack feeling, is this going to cost me my job. All I can say is prioritize (sp?). I made lists, then numbered them by importance. But the most important thing to remember is no deadline or job is worth destroying your health, insanity or your life.

Deep Breathe,
Whatever happens, you will survive and go on.
Hugs and good thoughts coming your way.

one of the hardest things i ever had to do ....
was decide when to give up work.

for me giving up work also meant going into bankruptcy.
and loosing everything we had ....
home, car and the usual toys, .....
this included our pets (horses)
my wife was already on disability pension....
and the horses were her life.

we were able to start again, but it was a very hard time.

the thing that helped me decide, was .....
my health became more important than my job !!

Thinking of you & hoping the stuggles get easier.

I often find the struggles are always the same, it's the way we deal with them that puts us in a better position to cope with struggling. Talk therapy has really been helping me with my own anxiety issues. Perhaps your insurance will cover counciling? When I was working we had a resource that allowed us to call a hotline and the person would advise of resources available through their programs to help with whatever issue we were having at the time - maybe it was called (sorry it's been a while) Work Life Balance. They had everything from reading materials to referrals to the right doctors, to advice. Does your job offer a service like this?

I found an app on my phone thats supposed to teach me to meditate... Sometimes slowing down is the key to speeding up?

Even if none of the above help, please know there are others here that have been there and feel your pain. You are not alone!
