I work for a center for independent living. Obviously I'm wrong, but I'd hoped the boss would be more understanding of chronic illness than he actually is. Case in point: while he was trying to get my printer back up and running, I mentioned printing in greyscale vs color. He'd never heard of such thing. Ok fine but when he asked me how to do it, my brain totally blanked out and I couldn't remember for the life of me. That pissed him off. I told him that when I get stressed, lupus kicks in the brain fog and I was extremely stressed. He said that was on,y an excuse, just an excuse. I told him that to him that may be an excuse, but to someone ith lupus, it's a way of life. That was on top of him blaming me for the printer dying . What little respect I had for him is gone.
