Hi and welcome to the site.

Mortons Neuroma is not exactly related to Lupus but that doesn't mean that Lupus patients can't get it. We did have a member that had it and she posted some information about her trials and tribulations in dealing with it and I will give you a link to that thread at the bottom of my post. I am really sorry that you are having to deal with this

Morton's Neuroma is not an Auto-Immune or Connective Tissue disease. Therefore, it is not really related to Lupus. However, as Tgal mentioned, people with Lupus can develop this condition but it would be considered as a secondary condition (not directly caused by Lupus, but perhaps caused by some of the symptoms of Lupus).
