there are so many websites on lupus, how do you know which ones are correct or have good information. I have been reading and looking up information on lupus help some people in my family learn more about it.It is hard to determine what is good information and what is not. I see that there are some websites that differ from others in the ways of information so it is hard for me to get the right information. How do we know we are getting information that is correct.

Lea - I tend to check out Cleveland Clinic's website for a lot of my information. I don't know that they are the be-all end-all for everything but they are comprehensive and easy to understand for the lay person.

Like Steve; I put a lot of my faith and trust in the Lupus Foundation of American and to any sites/authorities that they refer to. That is not to say that other sites are not reliable, I've just always found that the LFA has never provided incorrect or unproven information.
