For some reason I can't stop this feeling. My heart feels like its racing, im jittery anxious sweaty and can't concentrate. I also suffer from tachychardia (sp?) and I've already taken my medicine for it. I just wanted to post on here as I've had this feeling all day and don't want to share it with anyone.

Close your eyes, take deep breaths and think pleasant happy thoughts. Hugs to you

(((HUGS)))

when my heart does this..... daily.
i try to concentrate on my heart rate.
listen to your heart and try to slow it down.
your breathing will need to be slowed also.

it works for me ..... usually

I suffer from pretty bad anxiety. One of the things that can really help is strong breathing. You try to relax yourself as best you can, and you take a big breath innnnnnn then blow it out as much as you can. Then innnnnnnnn, and out. Keep doing it and you will actually start to feel your body relaxing.

Dogs are definitely relaxing! My dog is my lifeline, she goes with me EVERYWHERE. I go to group therapy once a week and she comes with me and she is there for everyone's "use". She will go to someone when they cry and comfort them, its really amazing to watch.

I've developed anxiety since my husband was killed, supposedly I developed PTSD because of the shock of his death, how I found out and all that followed...I pop a Xanax if I can't work through it. It is awful living in a perpetual state of fear.

Buspar has helped. Viibryd was horrid.

I have bradycardia.

Be well...fill yourself up with all things good. Aromas, sights...sounds and wonderful textures. The world is beautiful...

Tight hugs.
