Ever wonder from which disease the symptom is for? Right now I'm having muscle spasms, I don't know if they are be ause of my hypocalceimia or parkenson's. So I guess I'll take extra calcium and extra muscle relaxers and ask the neuro at my appointment.
It sure is confusing with a symptom could be for multiple things
Hugs to all

i think many of us suffer from the same multiple desease complications.
i have lots of problems caused by my lupus.
many of my symptoms are listed in more than one disorder.
it is even harder when the cure is the opposite for 2 different disorders.
eg. is my swollen joints from too much fluid (lupus), or too little fluid (fibro)
the cure for one agrivates the other..........
so i live in a balance (as best i can)
i wish you little spasms.... as none is a bit toooo much to hope for.

Yes, I'm going through the same thing. My calf and quad muscles are tightened into an almost constant spasm, like a cramp that won't go away.
I wonder - Is it a symptom of Avascular Necrosis returning? Is it yet another Sjogren's symptom? Or is my otolaryngologist right, and it's related to
the dystonia that I have in my vocal cords, otherwise called spastic paraplegia?
My rheumy is no help - if I question her, she just says that I read too much.
So, I'm doing lots of physical therapy and getting stronger, but the muscle spasms never go away.
Like you, I wish that the questions could be answered.
